Franziska Rademacher

Franziska Rademacher grew up in a familiy of musicians in Lübeck and Stockholm. During her studies of music pedagogy at the HfMT Hamburg, she was an active freelance musician, pedagogue and arts manager. Afterwards, she worked for Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, Elbjazz Festival as well as for the Career Center of the HfMT Hamburg, and eventually for the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra. From 2012 to 2015 she was head of the education department at the festival Sommerliche Musiktage Hitzacker where she collaborated closely with the artistic direction in developing a festival academy for music students. After several years of being active as pianist and singer in different bands and theatre projects, Franziska Rademacher joined Ensemble Resonanz in 2020 as a project manager.
