Elfi baby concerts

At times funny and playful, at others thoughtful and reflective, Elfi Babyconcets introduce children to the world of music in a special and unique way.

Parents with babies up to one year old and pregnant women are invited to make themselves comfortable on colourful blankets and cushions and listen to the melodious music of Ensemble Resonanz.

When Ensemble Resonanz starts to play, the room is filled with the sound of strings, accompanied by plenty of squeaks and squeals. That is because »Elfi« is a chance for expectant mothers and parents with babies to enjoy an afternoon of music. Crawling, cuddling, swinging and sleeping – everything is allowed at the Elbphilharmonie’s baby concerts. 

It’s a chance to get away from it all, to meet and enjoy music together among the colourful cushions and quilts, and there is even plenty of room to crawl. Naturally there is plenty of space for prams and nappy-changing facilities are also provided at every venue.
